Please read all the instructions thoroughly before registering.
The deadline for registering is Friday, December 4, at 11:59PM, based on availability. We'll utilize Ursuline Academy and Jesuit gyms on Friday night, all day Saturday and Sunday afternoon. Each team will play three games over the weekend. This is not a bracket play event. If registering more than one team, please fill out the form multiple times. Athletic Directors: If wanting to register multiple teams at once, please email [email protected].
BLACKOUT REQUEST FORM. We are allowing coaches to submit any main conflicts they might have. If you should know of any conflicts (school or church events), please submit via this new form that will be sent to you in your registration email. Athletic Directors: If you register a team, please be sure to forward the confirmation email with the conflict form to the head coach of the team. If you have no conflicts, you do not need to complete this form. Please note this is ONLY A REQUEST and is not guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate any legitimate conflicts, but we highly recommend limiting to only one day / time range. A conflict is NOT if a single player has another sport at the same time or for when you prefer to play your games. Reasoning for conflict is required or we will not be able to accommodate your request.
The tournament schedule will be sent out no later than Wednesday, December 9, to the Team Managers and Team Coaches provided provided on the registration. Please note that location for your games will be Jesuit, Ursuline and one other TBD school. Electronic player waivers will also be sent out to team managers before the start of the event for each player's parent to sign.
Registration is limited to 7th and 8th grade teams. 5th and 6th grade basketball teams are encouraged to register for the CKS Crusader Classic event with proceeds going to The Family Place!
