No refunds will be issued if the event is canceled due to inclement weather.
No outside food or drink is permitted.
No coolers or containers of any kind are allowed.
Strollers, baby bags, and medical device bags are permitted.
Everyone attending the Fest must wear a wristband upon entry. Children three and under are the only exceptions.
Entry and exit will only be allowed at designated checkpoints for the security of all patrons.
